1.5 Mile Run

Push Ups (unlimited time/perfect form to a 4" block)

Sit Ups (1 minute time limit)

Minimum 30
There is scoring for every rep that you do, so basically sure do the minimum - you failed see you in the next 90 days. I am annoyed that I even have to be stressed out about passing it but, when I was in great shape I still got my ass kicked by push ups - I still passed but I hated it.
